For administrators only: To create and assign certain tasks to self selected groups go to Tasks and choose ‘Add Software Task’, ‘Add configuration task’ or ‘Add back-up / recovery task’. So, before a task can be created a group must be made.

Assigning a task can be done silent. This means the end user will not notice receiving the sent task. Configurations like Exchange settings are not noticeable by the end user, but are necessary. There is also the possibility to send an Excel file for the Sales persons normally. Every user in the Sales group has to accept the file in the screen of his device.
