Self supporting End user

The end user has a different dashboard than the administrator has. So, by using self support the end user can generate a recovery code when MobiDM blocked the device. This option will facilitate the administrator. Select the end user in Group Management and go to Recovery Code. Enter the code that the end user received on the device in the required field. Click button to generate a new code. A new code will appear in the screen. Enter the code into the required field on the device. The device is now unlocked.
