It’s been a pretty amazing week for us here at VeliQ.  Although we are certainly not a brand new organization coming out of “Stealth Mode,” we did have – for lack of a better term - our coming out party this past week.  Last Thursday, at the “Boom Chicago” club in Amsterdam, we invited people to join us to the Move The Big M and get into the Mobility Fast Lane…and Move they did!

When we collectively experience the effects of massive technological changes on the scale of what mobility has accomplished in the last five years, we the undersigned hold these mobile truths to be self evident that the IT departments of yore are no more.  The movement towards managed mobile ecosystems dictates that we must collectively change our approach to mobility in our workplaces and our perception of the mobile workforce and thus liberate ourselves from our legacy mindsets.

At VeliQ, we don’t believe that our industry can only focus on mobile device management.  Enterprise mobility has evolved considerably in the last few years to include mobile applications, mobile security and more. It’s very complex and end-users need to partner with multiple best-of-breed vendors to address the complexity of enterprise mobility.  We believe that we can raise the tide of enterprise mobility by bringing together the best partners in the industry for systems integration, mobile network operators, OEMs, mobile technology vendors and more.
